These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of HeliHop Aviation ("we", "our", or "us") services, including helicopter bookings, charter operations, and other aviation-related offerings via our platform or app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or booking system.

2. Service Overview

HeliHop Aviation provides online helicopter booking, seat reservation, and charter management services. Flight availability, schedules, and pricing are subject to operational and weather conditions.

3. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking via our secure payment gateways.
  • Once confirmed, bookings are non-transferable unless specified.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before flight departure are eligible for partial refunds as per policy.
  • No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled departure.
  • Flights canceled by HeliHop Aviation due to weather or operational issues will be fully refunded or rescheduled.

5. Passenger Safety

Passengers must comply with all safety instructions provided by pilots or crew. Carrying hazardous materials or violating aviation safety norms is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

HeliHop Aviation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by weather, government regulations, mechanical failures, or other events beyond our control.

8. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate passenger details during booking.
  • Arrive at designated helipads at least 30 minutes before departure.
  • Carry valid identification as per aviation laws.

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal information.

10. Amendments

HeliHop Aviation reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the new effective date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
